- Assistance with daily activities such as changing sleeping positions, tube feeding, suctioning phlegm, personal hygiene, wound care, bowel and bladder care, and laundry.
- Initial physical therapy tailored to each patient's limitations, aimed at physical rehabilitation and preventing complications from prolonged bed rest.
- Three main meals and two snacks per day.
- Initial health monitoring and collection of patient data for continuous treatment at the hospital.
- Transportation services to nearby hospitals for emergencies or scheduled medical appointments.
- Promotion of recreational activities, cultural and traditional events, religious activities, and special therapeutic activities.
- Health education for patients and their families.
Types of Patients Served:
We are ready to care for elderly individuals or convalescing patients, including those who can help themselves and those with disabilities. This also includes patients with high care limitations, such as:
- Patients requiring tube feeding, tracheostomy care, phlegm suctioning, wound dressing, or urinary catheterization.
- Patients who need portable ventilators or pacemakers, and other special equipment that requires close monitoring.
- Patients who require 24-hour close observation and symptom assessment by expert nurses.
- Patients who need continuous health data collection, such as vital signs, blood sugar levels, fluid intake/output, for continuity of hospital treatment.
- Patients with chronic illnesses or in the terminal stage of life, with an emphasis on both physical and psychological care to help them feel valued until their last moments.
- Patients who do not have contagious infections or psychiatric conditions with behaviors that pose a risk to others.
